Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer II at Aledade, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and expanding the web application and data pipelines.
You will focus on creating secure, maintainable, performant, correct, scalable, and stable solutions to the complex challenges in the healthcare industry.
Embrace strategies that minimize risk by emphasizing observability, alerting, metrics, high test coverage, and frequent releases.
Develop and implement scalable and performant solutions.
Collaborate with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to develop and execute technical roadmaps using Agile processes.
Mentor and coach more junior engineers, including providing thorough pull request reviews and being receptive to critical feedback.
Requirements:
BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
6+ years of experience building full-stack web applications as part of a cross-functional team.
4+ years of experience working with SQL or other database querying language on large multi-table data sets.
4+ years of experience acting as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.
4+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
Proficiency with CSS/HTML/Javascript and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, VueJs/Ember).
Expertise in at least 1 server-side web technology (e.g., Nodejs, Java, Python, Scala, C#, C++, Go, JVM).
Experience with any web framework (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.).
Experience in RDBMS & NoSQL databases such as Postgres, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.
Experience with API design and development.
Experience with cloud-based technologies such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Experience with security and systems handling sensitive data.
