Boulevard is a client experience platform for appointment-based self-care businesses, launched in 2016.

As a Senior Software Engineer for the Platform & Infrastructure team, you will design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS.
You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based applications and services.
Responsibilities include designing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure, developing CI/CD pipelines, monitoring infrastructure issues, implementing security best practices, and optimizing application performance.
You will also stay updated on emerging cloud technologies and participate in on-call rotations.

Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on infrastructure development and cloud architecture.
Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role with a focus on cloud infrastructure is required.
Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services, including AWS Lambda, S3, and Postgres databases, is essential.
Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation is necessary.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python or Bash for automation tasks is required.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or AWS CodePipeline is needed.
You should have an understanding of security principles and best practices for cloud environments.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment are crucial.
Experience with Elixir and AWS certifications are considered a plus.

The total budgeted cash compensation for this role ranges from $170,000 to $205,000 USD, depending on skills and experience.
