The team is involved in developing new products and services that streamline workflows and enhance efficiency for dentists.
The role involves collaborating with engineers, designers, and product managers to define and lead roadmaps for quarterly objectives.
Responsibilities include owning problems end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
The position requires proactively identifying and prioritizing improvements to processes, codebases, and best practices.
The candidate will be expected to lead the team by maintaining high standards for quality and influencing strategy.
The primary technologies used in this role include Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack is required.
The candidate should be self-directed and capable of operating autonomously to deliver scaled impact.
A strong ability to hold oneself and the team to high standards is essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills, are necessary for this position.
Bonus points will be given for experience with iOS and Android mobile app development.
