The Practice Engagement team is focused on redefining the clinical experience in dentistry, particularly in how dentists interact with their dental lab.
The team's mission is to provide concierge-level clinical expertise for complex cases and reliable service for routine tasks, allowing dentists to concentrate on patient care.
The role involves working closely with engineers, designers, and product managers to build new features and products.
Responsibilities include owning problems end-to-end, considering user experience, data models, scalability, operability, and ongoing metrics.
The position requires proactive identification and prioritization of improvements to team processes, codebases, and best practices.
The primary technologies used in this role are Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node, and PostgreSQL.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience working as a software engineer.
Experience with modern web tooling and frameworks such as TypeScript, React, Apollo, Storybook, and Webpack is required.
The ideal candidate should be self-directed and capable of operating autonomously to deliver scaled impact.
Applicants must demonstrate the ability to hold themselves and the team to high standards.
Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
