Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of full stack software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
Substantial experience with backend asynchronous systems is required.
Experience in logistics and operational domains is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with large and complex production systems.
A strong ability to operate with minimal oversight is essential.
Understanding of business functions and the ability to address challenges through engineering is required.
A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset is important.
Candidates must be able to communicate complex technical problems and propose iterative solutions clearly.
Experience with performance and optimization problems is necessary, along with the ability to diagnose and prevent these issues.
Comfort in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process is required.
Effective communication skills to achieve consensus and provide clear status updates are essential.
Experience owning a project from concept to production is required.
Candidates must be self-motivated, self-managing, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a remote-first organization is necessary.

The estimated salary for this role ranges from $180,000 to $222,500 per year, plus equity.
