Responsibilities include ensuring the stability, security, and performance of Fathom’s platform, developing internal tools for machine learning and software engineers, maintaining internal development and access control systems, and collaborating with product and engineering teams on strategic projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience in a company or production setting.
A strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and systems design is required.
Experience in building, controlling, and monitoring secure cloud-based platforms is essential.
Candidates should have the ability to define, defend, and drive technical infrastructure decisions and initiatives.
Basic operational familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL) is necessary, along with the ability to select and implement appropriate tools for specific tasks.

The position offers a salary range of $175,000 USD - $220,000 USD, along with company equity.
