Remote Senior Software Engineer (Integrations and Support)

Description:

• HackerOne is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Integrations and Support team in Canada.
• The role involves crafting robust, enterprise-level solutions and working closely with customer success managers on pressing issues.
• The engineer will be responsible for seamless integrations, scalable automations, and intuitive features for customers.
• The position requires mastering the entire stack and taking full ownership of projects to translate business needs into exceptional results.
• In the first 90 days, the engineer will meet team members, learn codebases and enterprise products, and start hands-on coding.
• Long-term responsibilities include leading projects, building and maintaining features for enterprise customers, delivering key results, participating in cross-squad initiatives, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer.
• Experience in a Product or SaaS company is required.
• The ability to mentor and elevate the skills of engineers is essential.
• Documented experience leading technical projects through all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle is necessary.
• Candidates must be based remotely in Canada, specifically in Eastern or Atlantic timezones.
• The role requires the ability to work and excel in a remote environment.
