Centripetal is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for its Intelligence Services team, focusing on intelligence-driven cybersecurity solutions.
The role involves developing Kubernetes services for streaming data pipelines and application microservices.
The engineer will create distributed software systems that enable analytics across various cyber threat intelligence and data sources.
Responsibilities include building cloud-delivered cybersecurity products that leverage intelligence and data innovatively.
The position requires taking ownership of tasks from design to production, ensuring a cutting-edge user experience with actionable insights for customers.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a proven track record as a trusted member of a high-performing team.
Experience with Object Oriented and Functional programming languages is required, along with knowledge of different programming language paradigms.

Proven experience in developing applications on major cloud service platforms such as Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure is necessary.
Familiarity with container orchestration platforms like Kubernetes is essential.
Candidates should practice Agile and DevOps methods, including pull-based systems (Kanban), Continuous Integration, and Continuous Delivery.
Familiarity with GitOps and tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD is required.
Experience with event-driven or message-based systems, preferably Kafka, is necessary.
Candidates should understand how to develop functioning MicroServices from event-driven architectures.
Experience in product startups and small teams in Agile environments is preferred.
Comfort with various databases, including relational, NoSQL, and search engines, is required.
Proficiency in using tools like Docker for application development and testing is necessary.
