Description:

OpenX is seeking passionate and driven software engineers to join their Data Science Engineering team.
The role involves collaborating closely with data scientists to integrate machine learning solutions into broader system architectures.
Responsibilities include designing and developing code to support A/B testing, facilitating communication with ML models, and ensuring robust monitoring of production systems.
The focus will be on transforming experimental prototypes into scalable, production-grade solutions with clean interfaces and optimized performance.
Key responsibilities include designing high-performance, distributed, low-latency systems, architecting and delivering new features, collaborating with data scientists to implement experiments, analyzing and improving server efficiency, and leading the technical layer of projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience with backend languages such as Python, Golang, and Java.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree is required.
Experience with Google Cloud Platform and Kubernetes is necessary.
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English are essential.
Desired characteristics include previous experience working with Data Science teams and familiarity with A/B testing.

The position offers an employment contract with a salary range of 21,250 - 23,750 PLN gross/monthly or a B2B option at 167 - 186 PLN net/hourly.
Employees will work with the newest technologies, including Cloud Computing (GCP).
