Remote Senior Software Engineer (Java) at NFQ

Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer (Java) to join our team in Vilnius, Kaunas, Šiauliai, or remotely within Lithuania.
The role involves developing clean, well-tested, and maintainable code that powers complex client solutions.
You will conduct code reviews and implement unit tests to ensure code quality.
Mentoring and developing team members while collaborating with them on personal and career growth is a key responsibility.
You will be a member of an Agile development team that values creativity and collaboration.
Our team focuses on e-commerce, mobility, and transport & logistics, with an emphasis on innovative processes and business models.

You must have 5+ years of experience in backend development.
Excellent knowledge of Java is required.
You should possess expert-level knowledge of the Spring Boot framework.
Knowledge of event-driven architecture principles and experience with message queues, such as RabbitMQ, is necessary.
Experience with both relational and NoSQL databases, including database migrations, is expected.
You should have expert-level knowledge of object-oriented programming.
Experience in designing scalable and reliable applications is essential.
Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a group of highly skilled developers and product owners are required.
Fluent knowledge of English is mandatory.
