Description:

Join 3Pillar as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) in a remote full-time position based in the Czech Republic.
Collaborate with industry leaders on transformative projects that redefine urban living, establish new media channels for enterprises, and drive innovation in healthcare.
Facilitate effective communication with client project stakeholders regarding project status and recommendations.
Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
Participate in accurate planning and estimation efforts using project methods and tools.
Gather requirements and organize/present developed features for clients.
Execute complex activities within current methodology and quality standards, showcasing success across diverse engagements.
Promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
Engage in agile software development practices, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and team retrospectives.
Actively participate in the Engineering Practice community, mentoring others and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
Independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Proficiency in unit testing and agile software development methodologies.
Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles, including abstraction and encapsulation.
High-level design proficiency following UML, C4, or ArchiMate.
Experience in creating and implementing well-tested, scalable, and performant enterprise-level systems.
Demonstrated practice and initiative in mentoring other engineers and decision-makers.
Good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP.
Proficiency in the English language is required.
Additional desired experience includes Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs), architectural and design patterns, working in the cloud, and using containers like Docker/Kubernetes.
