3Pillar is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) to join their remote team in Romania.
The role involves collaborating with industry leaders on transformative projects that redefine urban living, establish new media channels for enterprises, and drive innovation in healthcare.
Responsibilities include facilitating communication with client project stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, participating in planning and estimation efforts, gathering requirements, and executing complex activities within quality standards.
The engineer will promote client success by collaborating with team members to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions.
Engagement in agile software development practices, mentoring others, and independently driving project delivery from conceptualization to deployment are also key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Java and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Proficiency in unit testing and agile software development methodologies is required.
Expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles, high-level design following UML/C4/ArchiMate, and creating scalable enterprise-level systems is essential.
Candidates should have a good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP.
Proficiency in English is mandatory, and additional experience with Object-Relational Mappers, architectural and design patterns, cloud technologies, and containers using Docker/Kubernetes is desired.
