Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or 4 years of equivalent working experience in lieu of a degree is required.
A minimum of 8 years of software development experience, with at least 4 years in a senior or lead role is necessary.
Proven experience in designing, building, and testing Java EE applications is essential.
In-depth knowledge of popular Java frameworks like JSF and Spring MVC is required.
Experience with Object-Oriented Design (OOD) is necessary.
Good delegation and time management skills are important.
Strong problem-solving abilities are required.
The candidate must be a proven collaborator with clear and open communication skills.
Excellent written and communication skills in English are mandatory.
The ability to work within core US business hours, with Eastern Standard Time (EST) overlap, is required.
A quiet workspace and a reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload are necessary.
