Description:

Centric Software is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong proficiency in Java and/or JavaScript for their inaugural European development team.
This is a remote role open only to candidates located in Spain.
The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing product features, which may include front-end, back-end, or full-stack development based on experience and business needs.
The role requires a passion for building end-to-end software solutions and a proven track record in delivering scalable solutions and expertise in systems design.
The engineer will collaborate cross-functionally with Product Managers, business stakeholders, and other tech teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Effective communication with users, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and articulate technical designs is critical.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
A minimum of 5+ years of programming experience with either Java or JavaScript is required.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or related technologies is essential.
Mastery of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns is necessary.
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative spirit are required.
Candidates should have at least 2+ years of experience leading design or architecture of new and existing systems.
Experience with the full software development lifecycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations is required.
