  • Exceptional proficiency in software design, architecture, and coding, focusing on maintainability and performance, is required.
  • Outstanding collaboration and communication skills are necessary to enhance team productivity through mentorship.
  • Strong self-motivation and resourcefulness, with the ability to independently identify resources for project delivery, are crucial.
  • Candidates should be able to navigate ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively in fast-paced environments.
  • A passion for continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends is important.
  • Experience with Jobber's development stack, including React, React Native, TypeScript, GraphQL API layer, and Ruby on Rails on AWS, is preferred.
