Requirements:

We’re open to diverse backgrounds and value skills over credentials.
The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience as a software engineer, with no formal degree required.
Strong experience in Kotlin and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Vaadin, or similar) is necessary.
Hands-on experience managing infrastructure with Pulumi, Terraform, or equivalent tools is required.
Knowledge of the FinTech or traditional banking domains is a plus.
A startup mindset is essential, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are important.

The job location is remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements.
The shift timing is aligned with the Australian shift, providing a unique work schedule.
There will be a 2-hour overlap with the Australian time zone to facilitate collaboration.
