We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Kotlin to join our founding team and drive the development of our core product.
In this role, you’ll work on scalable application development, contribute to infrastructure design, and help shape the technical direction of a startup poised for growth.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Kotlin, Spring Boot, and other relevant frameworks.

You will participate in architecture and design discussions to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance.

Requirements:
We’re open to diverse backgrounds and value skills over credentials.
The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience as a software engineer, with no formal degree required.
Strong experience in Kotlin and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Vaadin, or similar) is necessary.
Hands-on experience managing infrastructure with Pulumi, Terraform, or equivalent tools is required.
Knowledge of the FinTech or traditional banking domains is a plus.
A startup mindset is essential, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are important.
