Requirements:

We’re open to diverse backgrounds and value skills over credentials.
The ideal candidate should have 6 to 10 years of experience as a software engineer (no formal degree required).
Strong experience in Kotlin and related frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Vaadin, or similar) is required.
Hands-on experience managing infrastructure with Pulumi, Terraform, or equivalent tools is necessary.
Knowledge of the FinTech or traditional banking domains is a plus.
A startup mindset is essential – the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment is required.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach are important.
