Requirements:

Proven experience in backend development with a focus on building robust, high-performance systems.
Startup experience is required, demonstrating comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems, even in unfamiliar areas.
Strong architectural design skills, emphasizing the creation of scalable and resilient systems.
Experience in partnering with product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into user-friendly features.
Experience leading complex technical projects with multiple engineers from concept to successful delivery.
A collaborative mindset, proactively sharing knowledge and raising the technical standards of the team.
Proficiency with databases, particularly a deep understanding of SQL and large datasets.
Familiarity with cloud platforms, modern CI/CD pipelines, and big data tools.
