Requirements:

• Proven experience in backend development with a focus on building robust, high-performance systems.
• Startup experience is required, demonstrating comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve complex problems, even in unfamiliar areas.
• Strong architectural design skills, emphasizing the creation of scalable and resilient systems.
• Experience in partnering with product teams to understand customer needs and translate them into user-friendly features.
• Experience leading complex technical projects with multiple engineers from concept to successful delivery.
• A collaborative mindset, proactively sharing knowledge and raising the technical standards of the team.
• Proficiency with databases, particularly a deep understanding of SQL and large datasets.
