As a Senior Software Engineer (L3), you will craft solutions that reshape connections in healthcare.

You will develop reusable components for web and mobile applications and enhance tooling for productivity.

Requirements:

You must have 6+ years of professional software development experience, particularly with TypeScript, React, and Node/NestJS.
A strong understanding of service-specific integration testing, E2E testing, and selective unit tests is necessary.
Familiarity with AWS (ECS, Terraform) and best practices for deploying cloud-based applications is required.
You should thrive in low-structure, high-ownership environments and be able to balance immediate customer needs with long-term architecture planning.
Excellent communication skills are essential, including clear writing and the ability to articulate ideas and document decisions.
A strong sense of customer empathy and a desire to make real-world impacts are important.
