Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience working on systems at scale.
A strong obsession with creating performant, defect-free, and maintainable code is essential.
Candidates should be strong problem solvers with a proactive mindset.
The ability to collaborate and create alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders is required.
Candidates must be comfortable working independently or collaboratively on problems.
Strong coding skills, preferably in Go, are necessary.
The ability to debug issues and foresee potential problems is important.
Experience with IDLs (e.g., protobuf), RPC frameworks (e.g., gRPC), cloud platforms (e.g., GCP), and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL) is required.
