Description:

DTEX Systems is seeking a talented Senior Software Engineer with macOS Development experience to design and develop systems software and applications for the macOS platform.
The role involves designing, developing, testing, documenting, and maintaining software modules running on the macOS platform.
The Senior Software Engineer will work with other teams to develop new features and integrations between various software components that comprise the DTEX solution.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related Engineering or Science fields is required.
Candidates must have 3+ years of experience in relevant roles.
Proficiency in developing software for the macOS platform is essential.
A strong understanding of macOS administration is necessary.
In-depth knowledge of macOS platform architecture and internals, including Darwin, Cocoa SDK, Core Services, and various Apple development libraries and SDKs, is required.
Proficiency in Xcode and programming in Swift, Objective-C, and C++ is needed.
Experience developing using the Apple Endpoint Security framework is preferred.
Good knowledge of general OS internals such as kernel mode and user mode, filesystems, networking concepts, process and application management, security, and access control is important.
Candidates should have a good knowledge of databases, cryptography, and troubleshooting in a macOS environment.
Knowledge of macOS device management applications and concepts is preferred.
Experience in startup environments is a plus.
Candidates must be US citizens based in the US.
