Description:
Join GameChanger as a Senior Software Engineer in Marketing Technology, where you will lead the development and execution of advanced marketing platforms.
This role involves introducing technical marketing initiatives into the product and requires deep technical expertise and strong cross-team collaboration.
You will innovate within the marketing technology stack to help reach marketing objectives and extend the reach to youth sports teams, families, and communities.
Work closely with GTM teams to understand their needs and translate them into innovative technical solutions that drive marketing objectives and significant business value.
Implement a robust technical strategy for marketing technology systems, ensuring alignment with business objectives and adaptability to market changes.
Design and refine the architecture of the marketing technology stack, focusing on scalability, reliability, and security for handling data and complex integrations.
Ensure continuous operational efficiency of marketing platforms, emphasizing system availability, performance, and integration of best-in-class tools and practices.
Build customer-driven product features that contribute to marketing success.
Requirements:
A passion for customer centricity and advocating for solutions that customers value is essential.
An entrepreneurial spirit with creativity to quickly build end-to-end solutions is required.
Natural curiosity and a bias for exploration to learn what is possible beyond current capabilities are important.
A strong track record of involvement in product discovery activities is necessary.
At least 5 years of software development experience in NodeJS, including developing integrations of external systems, is required.
Experience with MarTech platforms, including behavioral analytics, event tracking, conversion attribution, messaging channels, and data analysis, is essential.
Familiarity with managing in-app custom SDK events and understanding the lifecycle of app code bases is required.
