The Senior Software Engineer will lead significant aspects of software development, designing, developing, and refining solutions in healthcare technology.
Responsibilities include leveraging expertise in .NET and modern SPA frameworks like Angular to create sophisticated software solutions.
The role involves leading small projects, managing timelines, and serving as a technical authority in software engineering.
The engineer will mentor junior engineers, employing advanced problem-solving techniques and building relationships with internal and external partners.
The position also includes collaborating with the Talent team to engage in hiring processes and shaping company culture.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer is necessary.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience working with .NET.
Demonstrated expertise in .NET and/or SPA frameworks such as Angular is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior relationships and influence others are essential.
A broad knowledge of software engineering principles is necessary.
Candidates should have a proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt solutions to meet new challenges.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $117,000 to $130,000.
