The role of Senior Software Engineer involves leading software development efforts, designing, developing, and refining healthcare technology solutions.
Responsibilities include leveraging expertise in .NET and modern Single Page Application (SPA) frameworks, suggesting innovative solutions, and leading small projects.
The position requires serving as a technical authority, mentoring junior engineers, and employing advanced problem-solving techniques.
The engineer will collaborate with the Talent team to engage in hiring processes and shape the company culture.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field with at least 5 years of related experience, or a Master’s degree with a minimum of 3 years of related experience is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer and at least 3 years of experience working in .NET is necessary.
Demonstrated expertise in .NET and/or SPA frameworks such as Angular is required.
Strong communication skills and the ability to manage senior relationships and influence others are essential.
A broad knowledge of software engineering principles and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision is expected.
Candidates must be able to devise solutions based on limited information and adapt existing methods to meet new challenges.
Benefits:
The salary for this position ranges from $117,000 to $130,000.
