Remote Senior Software Engineer - Mendix

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will create applications for enterprises or businesses using the Mendix platform.
• This role involves integrating the Mendix platform with existing solutions within a company’s framework.
• The engineer will work closely with business analytics and other development teams to understand business requirements.
• Responsibilities include maintaining quality and consistency of applications throughout the application lifecycle.
• The engineer will test and troubleshoot applications, monitor application quality and performance, and provide solutions to improve business value.
• Documentation of technical applications and reporting updates to management are also key responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have expert knowledge in Mendix and experience in application development using the Mendix platform.
• A strong understanding of database structures and design is required.
• Proficiency in app development and familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies is essential.
• Familiarity with Business Process Management tools such as Lombardi is preferred.
• The ability to provide day-to-day support for applications and familiarity with Scrum is necessary.
• Candidates should be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and master various web technologies and techniques.
• Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are required.
