The role involves researching and applying state-of-the-art methods in developing multi-agent systems, planning, and reasoning methods.
Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing the in-house agents orchestration framework and developing various personas, tools, and workflows.
The position requires designing, implementing, and optimizing graph databases, particularly using Neo4j for knowledge graph applications.
The candidate will implement best practices to analyze and evaluate system performance and contribute to the development of new functionalities within the product.
The role offers opportunities for complete ownership of projects and requires learning and applying best practices in software development.
The candidate will report directly to the CTO and co-founder as part of a small and agile team.
Requirements:
A Bachelor, Masters, or PhD degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Strong programming skills in Python are essential, with experience in Go, Java, JavaScript, or NodeJS considered a plus.
Candidates must have strong knowledge of various prompt engineering techniques and an understanding of key LLM hyperparameters.
A deep knowledge of machine learning concepts, including supervised fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), is necessary.
Prior experience with public Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini is required, with hands-on experience with open-source LLMs being highly valuable.
Understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines is a plus, though not required.
The ability to read and comprehend AI research papers and apply findings to practical problem-solving is essential.
A solid foundation in statistics and probability theory as applied to machine learning is required.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a keen interest in AI and its applications, are necessary.
Candidates should have enthusiasm for staying current with generative AI and a willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
