Floma, the world’s first AI marketing agency, is seeking a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Machine Learning for a remote position in the USA.
The company is focused on redefining marketing with AI and creating AI agents to manage marketing campaigns, led by ex-Google and ex-Apple executives and engineers.
The role involves researching and implementing state-of-the-art methods for multi-agent systems, planning, and reasoning, optimizing agents orchestration framework, and integrating personas and tools for scalability.
Responsibilities include designing and optimizing graph databases, utilizing Neo4j for knowledge graph applications, and contributing to new functionalities within the product.
The Senior Software Engineer will report directly to the CTO and co-founder as part of a small and agile team.

Requirements:

Bachelor, Masters, or PhD degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in languages like Go, Java, JavaScript, or NodeJS being a plus.
Deep knowledge of machine learning concepts, including supervised fine-tuning and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
Prior experience with public Large Language Models (LLMs) such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini, and understanding of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
Ability to read and apply AI research papers, solid foundation in statistics and probability theory, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Enthusiasm for generative AI and willingness to continuously learn and adapt.
