Remote Senior Software Engineer - Mobile

Description:

• Twitch is the world’s biggest live streaming service, focusing on community engagement across various domains such as gaming, entertainment, music, sports, and cooking.
• The role is within the Mobile Commerce team, which aims to help creators earn a living and enhance community connections through features like subscriptions, gifts, donations, and more.
• As a Mobile Engineer, you will develop new features for the iOS application, lead design and technical discussions, and improve engineering processes.
• You will collaborate with Designers and Product Managers to ensure timely product delivery despite ambiguity.
• The position is available in San Francisco, CA; Irvine, CA; New York, NY; or Seattle, WA.

Requirements:

• You must have 5+ years of iOS development experience.
• Proficiency in Swift or Objective-C and familiarity with the iOS development ecosystem is required.
• You should be able to advocate for mobile development and effectively communicate complex technical issues to both technical and business audiences.
• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a relevant field is a plus.
• Experience with monetization-focused features and familiarity with GraphQL APIs are considered bonus points.
