Remote Senior Software Engineer, Models (Remote - Uruguay)

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will work on the Models team at Weights & Biases, focusing on enhancing and centralizing the machine learning development workflow for users.
• Responsibilities include leading new product initiatives, collaborating on technical challenges, improving developer productivity, and incorporating customer feedback to enhance the product.
• The role involves working with customers, developers, and other teams to build products that accelerate machine learning model development.
• The company serves over 1,000 customers, including OpenAI, NVIDIA, Microsoft, and Toyota, and has a comprehensive AI developer platform.

Requirements:

• Multiple years of experience in Full-stack engineering, with a focus on user-facing products. Knowledge of time series data and data visualizations is beneficial.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies like React and Typescript.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java, Go, Python, C++, etc.).
• Experience in end-to-end product development, including technical design, implementation, testing, and launch.
• Ability to understand and address complex problems affecting users, and to build features based on user requirements.
• Interest in the AI/ML space and a willingness to continue learning.
