  • As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in motion planning, you will collaborate with engineers, leaders, and users to enhance robotic arm control systems.
  • Responsibilities include designing and implementing efficient motion planning algorithms, driving high-impact technical projects, advising leadership on technical strategies, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

  • You must have extensive experience with motion planning, particularly in developing and implementing solutions for robotic arms.
  • ROS experience is strongly preferred to facilitate the integration of motion planning algorithms.
  • A strong technical background with at least 3 years of experience working with robotic systems and complex software environments is required.
  • You should possess a growth mindset and optimism, being excited by challenging robotics problems and eager to make motion planning accessible to non-experts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary to explain complex robotics concepts to diverse audiences.
  • You must be impact-driven, seeking user impact and valuing practical solutions over technical idealism.
