Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be a key member of the Engineering Team responsible for the development and operation of the trading platform finanzen.net zero.
Work collaboratively in an agile team with interfaces to internal departments such as IT, Marketing, Support, and Business.
Develop the platform using Java, Spring Boot, REST, Angular, and IONIC in a cloud-based environment (AWS).
Take on operational responsibilities for the platform, including providing 3rd level support to the business department.
Monitor and manage operational dashboards, oversee the daily processing from the banking system, and handle securities orders from customers.

Requirements:

Completed studies in (Business, Media) Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
Several years of experience in cloud-based (preferably AWS) operation and development of web applications using Java, REST, and a SPA framework like Angular.
Independent, structured, and goal-oriented work approach.
Interest and enjoyment in the stock market.
Methodical experience in agile processes like SCRUM/Kanban, and proficiency in tools like JIRA and Confluence.
Analytical thinking, strategic and process-oriented mindset.
Proactive, communicative, and open to constructive criticism, valuing teamwork to achieve set goals on time.
Fluent in German (spoken and written).
