Remote Senior Software Engineer (.NET, Angular) Team Lead - OP01598

Description:

• We are seeking a skilled, autonomous, and proactive Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET and Angular to join our team as a Team Lead.
• In this role, you will guide a group of talented developers in enhancing and maintaining a robust Payroll platform that streamlines the payroll process and automates key HR tasks.
• You will develop a new Premium Shipping Service feature to track the shipment of payroll outputs, providing status updates from processing to successful delivery.
• You will lead the development and implementation of scalable .NET backend services and Angular-based UI components.
• You will work with the team to identify and implement system improvements and optimizations.
• You will communicate with key stakeholders and the client to provide updates and ensure alignment with business goals.
• You will guide team members to promote technical excellence and adherence to best practices.
• You will assist in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving technical issues.
• You will participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality code.
• You will contribute to creating clear, comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• You must have 4+ years of full-stack development experience, with hands-on expertise in .NET and Angular.
• A strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, including practical experience with Microsoft Azure, is required.
• You should be proficient in writing unit, integration, and API tests.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential.
• You must possess strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• An upper-intermediate+ English level is required.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks is necessary.
• You should demonstrate proactivity, autonomy, flexibility, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Solid leadership abilities, with hands-on experience leading development teams, are desirable.
• Proficiency in relational DB concepts, especially Oracle, is a plus.
