3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in .NET (C#) to join their Product Development team in Mexico.
The position is full-time and remote, focusing on software development that leverages cutting-edge technologies for data-driven decision making.
The role involves facilitating communication with client project stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, and participating in planning and estimation efforts.
Responsibilities include gathering requirements, executing complex activities within quality standards, and promoting client success through collaboration with engineers, designers, and managers.
The engineer will engage in agile software development practices and mentor others in the Engineering Practice community.
The position requires independent project delivery from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
Strong organizational, logical thinking, problem-solving, and task completion skills are essential.
Expertise in the C#/.NET tech stack and experience in building and maintaining distributed systems is required.
Proficiency in C#, WPF, WebApi, Microsoft SQL Server, Entity Framework, .NET 8 or 9, and GitHub is necessary.
Experience with Agile methodologies and object-oriented programming principles is required.
Candidates should have a good understanding of SOLID principles, Clean Code, and familiarity with OWASP.
Proficiency in English is mandatory.
Additional desired experience includes full stack application development, leadership qualities, and knowledge of architectural and design patterns.
