Description:

3PILLAR GLOBAL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and AWS to join their Product Development team in India.
The role is fully remote and focuses on building software products that drive revenue and customer growth for industry leaders.
Key responsibilities include facilitating communication with client stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, participating in planning and estimation efforts, and gathering requirements.
The engineer will execute complex activities within current methodologies, promote client success through collaboration, and engage in agile software development practices.
The position also involves mentoring other engineers and driving project delivery from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in JavaScript (ES6+, Async, Event-Driven), Node.js Core Modules, and Non-Blocking I/O.
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Express.js/NestJS, and databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL is required.
Experience with AWS (S3, Lambda) for at least 6 months and familiarity with Agile methodologies is essential.
Applicants should have expertise in Object-Oriented Programming principles and high-level design proficiency using UML/C4/ArchiMate.
A good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP is necessary.
Proficiency in English is required, along with a practice of mentoring other engineers.
