Remote Senior Software Engineer Nodejs / AWS

Description:

• 3PILLAR GLOBAL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in Node.js and AWS to join their Product Development team in India.
• The role is fully remote and focuses on building breakthrough software products that drive revenue and customer growth for industry leaders.
• Key responsibilities include facilitating effective communication with client project stakeholders, crafting high-quality client code, and participating in planning and estimation efforts.
• The engineer will gather requirements, execute complex activities, and promote client success by collaborating with engineers, designers, and managers.
• The position involves engaging in agile software development practices and mentoring others within the Engineering Practice community.
• The engineer will independently drive project delivery from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in JavaScript (ES6+, Async, Event-Driven), Node.js Core Modules, and Non-Blocking I/O.
• Proficiency in RESTful APIs, Express.js/NestJS, and databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
• Experience with ORMs like Mongoose, Sequelize, or TypeORM, and at least 6 months of experience with AWS (S3, Lambda).
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
• High-level design proficiency using UML/C4/ArchiMate and experience in creating scalable, performant enterprise-level systems.
• A good understanding of SOLID principles and familiarity with OWASP.
• Proficiency in the English language is required.
