Description:
- Join a remote team working on a human capital management solution to streamline HR processes, enhance employee engagement, and simplify payroll
- Contribute to developing a new subproduct within the client’s portfolio
- Work with a modern tech stack including PHP (Zend), Node.js, MongoDB, etc.
- Collaborate with a globally distributed team to deliver top-notch software solutions
- Manage integration with third-party services and platforms
- Assist in reducing technical debt and implementing necessary improvements
- Participate in design and code reviews and bug-fixing efforts
- Continuously expand technical knowledge and keep pace with industry trends
Requirements:
- 5+ years of commercial software development experience with Node.js and PHP, familiarity with Zend technologies
- Strong MongoDB skills
- Experience with API integration and any cloud service providers (preferably AWS)
- Upper-Intermediate English level
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in front-end development with React.js (desirable)
