The company is seeking a well-rounded systems software engineer with networking experience for the Platform Team.
The Platform Team maintains, optimizes, and evolves the software platform that supports the Corelight Open NDR appliance.

Engineers on the Platform Team support the existing product with a custom Linux distribution and collaborate with other teams to support containerized applications.
Corelight engineers contribute to open source projects, including the Linux kernel.

Requirements:

Experience programming in Python, C/C++, and Bash is required.
Extensive experience with Linux systems software development is necessary.
Candidates must possess extensive networking knowledge and experience.
Experience developing automated tests is required.
Familiarity with standard, open-source build systems (e.g., Make, CMake, autotools) is necessary.
A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience is required.
