Remote Senior Software Engineer (PCD/PWD)

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will be responsible for developing backend applications, maintaining automated test suites, and debugging production issues.
• They will need to create innovative solutions, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with other team members and stakeholders for successful product delivery.
• The role involves working with architecture, monitoring, and product knowledge.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of professional hands-on experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrable experience in leading engineers and working with service-oriented architectures at scale.
• Strong systems architecture and coding/scripting skills are required.
• Proven ability to collaborate across different engineering teams and translate technical and business requirements into implementation.
• Proficiency in developing software using Golang or Ruby, or willingness to learn these languages.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and prompt engineering, with a fundamental understanding of AI technologies.
