• Wiser Solutions is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to play a key role in developing their suite of product offerings.
• The role involves working on complex problems and writing clean code to solve messy problems elegantly and cost-effectively.
• Responsibilities include collecting, categorizing, and analyzing semi-structured data from various sources to help customers discover new patterns and increase revenue.
• Essential functions include designing customer-facing UI and back-end services, developing high-performance applications, implementing security protocols, and improving solution quality.
• The position also involves guiding and mentoring team members and bringing new ideas to the table.
• Technologies used include Perl, Shell Script, Node.js, Python, Linux, AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, Postgres, and RabbitMQ.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software development experience is required.
• Experience with highly complex distributed systems and front-end development using JS technologies is necessary.
• Expertise in back-end development using Perl, Shell Script, Node.js is essential.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills are a must.
• Ability to learn quickly, make pragmatic decisions, and adapt to changing business needs is required.
• Solid understanding of AWS, Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, and infrastructure concepts is necessary.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Experience with ci/cd, observability tools, and DevOps-related concepts is required.
• Understanding of how the internet works is necessary.
