OP Labs is seeking an experienced Software Engineer, Developer Experience to join their Platforms team, which aims to enhance the development experience in the crypto space for both internal and external open source protocol developers.
The role involves supporting developer velocity with a focus on protocol developer tooling and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include optimizing continuous integration build and test times, working collaboratively across engineering teams to improve the development feedback loop, and ensuring the development stack is reliable and user-friendly for contributors.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a desire to create an industry-leading development experience for teams using their code.
Prior hands-on experience with or exposure to the development of decentralized protocols is required.
Experience with Docker and optimizing Docker builds is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with Kubernetes and developing with Go.
The ability to make software function across various platforms and operating systems, with a focus on resource usage and monitoring, is essential.
A willingness to learn from teammates and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Familiarity with monorepo-based software development is preferred.
