Description:
Astronomer is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their Platform team, which is responsible for the Astro platform's Public API, authentication, authorization, billing, alerting frameworks, and common UI components.
The role involves contributing to the design, development, and vision of Astro Platform’s architecture and components.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user requirements and implement features for the engineering organization.
Responsibilities include working with front-end developers, product management, and customers to deliver customer-facing features such as public APIs and UI experiences.
The engineer will continuously evaluate and improve the architecture and implementation of the platform, contributing to its usability, reliability, and scalability.

Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong focus on delivering performant, scalable, and reliable backend systems.
