Description:

As a Senior Software Engineer - Platform, you will design, build, and maintain scalable and secure systems for enterprise-level data platforms customers across various industries, including financial services and healthcare.
You will develop innovative features that enhance data collaboration, reporting, and machine learning capabilities.
Your work will involve building and optimizing solutions such as a large-scale metadata graph, OLAP-ready lakehouse, and vector capabilities.
You will own cross-functional execution, collaborating with multiple teams including Product and Design, Field, Sales, and Leadership.
You will drive performance improvements, cost optimization, and system observability while ensuring data security and compliance.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams across the globe will be essential to deliver impactful solutions.
You will contribute to team growth by mentoring junior engineers and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements:

You must have 5+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on building distributed systems, scalable architectures, and high-performance applications.
A strong understanding of distributed systems, metadata platforms, and data engineering principles is required, along with proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
Experience managing Kubernetes clusters and ensuring enterprise-grade security across cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is necessary.
A passion for solving challenging problems in big data, distributed systems, and scalable infrastructure is essential.
You should have a proven ability to work in collaborative environments and mentor team members.
A strong commitment to building solutions that meet customer needs while delivering long-term value is expected.
