Description:

Found is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team and play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining their core software platform.
The role involves developing scalable, high-performance, and secure platform services with a focus on resilience.
Responsibilities include ensuring healthcare compliance with regulations like HIPAA and GDPR, setting up CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure, monitoring platform health, and collaborating with security teams.
The Senior Software Engineer will work closely with software development, data, and product teams to drive success and create frustration-free release processes.
The position also involves creating and maintaining technical documentation for platform architecture, processes, and policies.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or related areas.
Technical proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes, programming languages like Typescript, Go, or Rust, infrastructure-as-code tools like Pulumi, Terraform, Ansible, and CI/CD tools like CircleCI, Github Actions.
Soft skills required include exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication, collaboration skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
