Description:

LTK is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its Platform team, which is responsible for building and maintaining LTK’s cloud infrastructure and development platform.
The team delivers services and libraries including automation and configuration management, monitoring and alerting, enterprise infrastructure administration, identity management, and event orchestration.
The role involves partnering with software development teams to ensure maximum uptime and the ability to scale while delivering exceptional features securely and consistently.
The ideal candidate will design, implement, and administer IDP integrations for global identity services and help grow systems according to industry standards and best practices.
Key responsibilities include building developer-facing tooling, defining scalable service paths, architecting complex IAM systems, gathering requirements, providing guidance, and improving team processes.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of development experience, with proficiency in Go, Python, Javascript, or C++.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in designing, building, implementing, integrating, and maintaining IAM and configuration management technologies in an enterprise environment is required.
Experience in information security, networking, and/or systems administration is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with web and mobile client integrations for authentication and authorization flows.
Familiarity with IDP solutions such as Duo, Auth0, Okta, and Ory is essential.
Experience implementing OAuth2, OpenID Connect, and identity flows from IDP integrations is required.
A strong command of Golang, Kubernetes, GitOps, Trunk Based Development, CI/CD, and platform technologies is expected.
A Bachelor's degree in information systems, information security, computer science, or computer engineering is required.
Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably with AWS, is necessary.
Proven experience in influencing and mentoring other engineering team members is required.
Candidates should demonstrate experience in providing solutions for process improvement.
