Requirements:

Candidates must have a desire to build an industry-leading development experience for teams relying on the company's code.
Prior hands-on experience with or exposure to the development of decentralized protocols is required.
Experience with Docker and optimizing Docker builds is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with Kubernetes and developing with Go.
The ability to make software work across various platforms and operating systems, with a focus on resource usage and monitoring, is essential.
A willingness to learn from and adapt quickly to the needs of teammates in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Familiarity with monorepo-based software development is preferred.
