The goal of the Platforms team is to build the best development experience in crypto for both internal and external open source protocol developers.
The role involves supporting developer velocity with a focus on protocol developer tooling and infrastructure.
Responsibilities include optimizing continuous integration build and test times, working across engineering teams to tighten the development feedback loop, and ensuring the development stack is delightful, reliable, and built in the open.
The company operates as a Public Benefit Corporation, donating 100% of profits generated to Ethereum public goods.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a desire to build an industry-leading development experience for internal and external teams relying on the company's code.
Prior hands-on experience with or exposure to the development of decentralized protocols is required.
Experience working with Docker and optimizing Docker builds is necessary.
Candidates should have experience with Kubernetes and developing with Go.
Experience in making software work on various platforms and operating systems, with an emphasis on resource usage and monitoring, is essential.
A willingness to learn from and adapt quickly to the needs of teammates in a fast-paced environment is expected.
Familiarity with monorepo-based software development is preferred.
