Description:
- Contribute to the design and development of the data workflow management platform at Crux
- Develop new distributed systems from scratch
- Manage and scale Identity and Access Management at Crux
- Refine processes for normalization and performance-tuning analytics
- Mentor teammates on design patterns and best practices
- Own production SLOs for applications and services
Requirements:
- 5 to 7+ years of software development experience in a production environment
- Experience in implementing highly scalable microservices-based systems using modern Java/JVM technologies
- Familiarity with domain-driven design and data isolation and access management
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Proficiency in cloud-based environments like GCP or AWS
- Knowledge of stream/real-time processing frameworks such as Kafka, Spark, Flink, Flume
- Experience with RESTful and/or gRPC API architectures
- Familiarity with RDBMS SQL and NoSQL databases
- Understanding of container-orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and autoscaling
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- BS degree or higher in a technical discipline
