The role involves being a Tech Lead within the Product team, mentoring peers, and developing a strong engineering culture.

The position requires participation in the global production on-call team and ensuring operational excellence in deployments, performance, and reliability.
The onboarding process includes a structured program over the first 90 days to familiarize new hires with Phaidra's operations, culture, and systems.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of work experience and a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Experience in production Software Engineering, including relational and non-relational data modeling and micro-services, is required.
Candidates should have experience operating and monitoring services in production using observability tools like Prometheus and Grafana.
A strong alignment with company values such as curiosity, ownership, transparency, and customer empathy is essential.
Bonus qualifications include experience with cross-functional teams, Cloud Native stack, containerization technologies, and exposure to industrial control systems.
