• Dandy is seeking Senior Software Engineers to join the Production Management team in their mission to simplify and integrate functions within the dental industry through technology.
• The role involves developing features and improvements to Dandy's products using technologies like TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS, React/Redux, and PostgreSQL.
• Responsibilities include reinventing analog experiences, collaborating with stakeholders, advocating for product quality, and solving technical problems.
• The ideal candidate will have 6+ years of software engineering experience, a growth-oriented mindset, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in an agile environment.
• Bonus points for experience with TypeScript, working in a hyper-growth startup, and having a positive attitude.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
• Understanding of business functions and addressing challenges through the Engineering team.

• Clear communication skills for technical, architectural, and organizational problems.
• Experience with performance optimization and agile software development.
• Ability to own a project from concept to production.
