Requirements:

• Candidates must have 8+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
• Proven production experience with TypeScript and React is required.
• Candidates should understand business functions and how to address challenges through the Engineering team.
• A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset is essential.
• The ability to communicate complex technical, architectural, and organizational problems clearly and propose iterative solutions is necessary.
• Experience with performance and optimization problems, along with the ability to diagnose and prevent these issues, is required.
• Comfort in a highly agile, intensely iterative software development process is expected.
• Effective communication skills to achieve consensus with peers and provide clear status updates are important.
• Experience in owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution, is required.
• Candidates must be self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills.
• The ability to thrive in a remote-first organization is essential.
